Important Notice Regarding CIM Token Migration and Exchange Rate

Dear COINCOME Users,

We extend our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and concern caused by the FTX collapse in November 2022. As we transform into a new COINCOME, we are implementing enhanced security measures and improved services through the migration to a new CIM token.

■ Application Period
March 1, 2025, 09:00 (Singapore Time) - September 30, 2025, 23:59 (Singapore Time)

■ Exchange Rate Determination
The exchange rate for the new CIM token will be based on the closing price of the old CIM token in the COINCOME wallet at 23:59 (Singapore Time) on February 28, 2025. This rate will be aligned with the USDT price of the new CIM token, and all token exchanges will be conducted at this fixed rate.

■ Migration Schedule
・Initial migration starts: February 2026
・Monthly migration quota: 10% of total tokens
・Gradual monthly expansion of migration
・Completion scheduled: November 2026

■ Exchange Process
1. Recording of old CIM token closing price at 23:59 (Singapore Time) on February 28, 2025
2. Establishment of exchange rate against USDT based on this price
3. Alignment of new CIM token price with USDT value
4. Processing of all token migrations at this fixed exchange rate throughout the migration period
