@Uwitware @Kakwenza1 @nickopiyo@marc1705@nbstv And they had the audacity to defend the indefensible . Talk about fools parading their ignorance about a subject. Here's to you @nbstv - If your programme directors have an iota of sense.

@actionaiduganda@muniekailyn@karamagi_andrew@biiraboritah1@Mubangizi1995@sabitijoseph In Ug citizen oversight is largely thru representation which hasnt been possible in the emergency modus operendi! This is why Teso CSOs have called on task forces to adopt to mechanisms to increase citizen participation in their decision making processes.
@actionaiduganda@Mubangizi1995@muniekailyn@karamagi_andrew@biiraboritah1 Since a great % of the emergency responses rely on existing infrastructure and policies; our budgeting architecture should focus on progressively empowering our frontline services like health, transport, communication and agriculture to hold fort!
@actionaiduganda@karamagi_andrew@muniekailyn@Mubangizi1995@nicksonogwal Parliament as an institution gets the nod for promptitude with the supp. budget but individual MPs have not resonated the 'leadership is critical' tone set by GoU. Ugandans are disappointed about the 20M saga and had hoped for better.
