Here's my questions...
Should Thailand see the AFF U23s and U21s tournaments as a development ground for talent?
When playing in regional competitions, should Thailand field a squad where the majority of players are slightly younger than the age group for development purposes?
Remember when @SALVATOREVALERO took a bunch of 17, 18 & 19-year-olds to the 2022 AFF U23 Championship - and received tons of hate after finishing runner-up to a full-age Vietnam team?
Well, many of those players just helped Thailand qualify for the AFC U23 Asian Cup next year.
Salva's youngsters from the 2022 tournament not playing in the latest U23s also include to likes of Teerasak Poeiphimai - now a member of Ishii's senior team.
Playing against older opposition at the U23 AFF tournament seems like a great exposure to pressure for these youngsters.
@GianChansricha1 Rangsan heading to Lamphun, succeeding from Gama, and evolving their current squad sounds amazing.
Their key men, Anan, Mohammed Osman, and Akkarapong, all seem like Rangsan-type players. Sign a dependable target man, and you can expect big things from them.
