#SOUTHCOM Commander Gen. Francis L. Donovan was in Caracas, Venezuela, today for his second official visit to the country. He took part in bilateral discussions with senior interim government leaders, met with U.S. Embassy leadership and staff, and observed the joint force conduct a military response exercise.

Gen. Donovan and a contingent of U.S. service members were transported to Caracas by two @USMC MV-22B Ospreys that were part of the exercise.

When all of that failed they tried to assassinate him not once but four times.
