TACTUS: FRANCK — LIVERPOOL — 15/09

Hailing from Edinburgh, Scotland — the young DJ, producer, Carouse label head, and party starter FRANCK is not messing about!

After switching aliases in 2021 from VIGILE to FRANCK he has hit the ground running to no surprise.
