Leftists gave us the republican Fetterman. Leftists gave us that dumb fucking nazi from Maine. Now they want to fuck us with Steyer, the lying republican billionaire.
Stop listening to lefists. They're political arsonists, they're racist, they're ableist, and dumb as fuck.
@thewhostellout Oh, my dream career was to be a film critic. And well, that’s just not really a feasible thing nowadays. But if I had been born about twenty or thirty years earlier, I could have given Roger Ebert a run for his money.
Legitimately was too young to be in a boy band when they were big. And then when the boy band craze came back around again in the 2010s, I was too old. I can’t even tell you how upset I’ve been about this for decades.
@revenant_MMXX I wanted to do a gap year after high school but my boomer mother nixed it because she was worried that I would never go to college if I did that. So yeah, college was pretty much required in my world. There was no other choice for me.
AOC has served 4 terms and hasn't passed one piece of legislation but she's going to deliver on single payer.... y'all motherafuckers are not serious. Just a bunch of keyboard warriors with spirit fingers.
@muheediva01 Not true for me actually. Didn’t really know her but from all accounts, my maternal grandma was… can we say, a bitch? My paternal grandma though, she was the sweetest. At least, so I’ve heard.
@PatriciaHeaton This is a bad take. Trump actually is a threat to democracy and is a fascist. Not praying for his death but certainly not praying for his safety either. When evil people die, we celebrate because that means there is less evil in the world. His death would be a good thing for all
@ScottPresler As a gay man, this is literally what I ask myself every single day. Right wingers want my community dead and yet I’m expected to just co exist with them? To be clear, nobody wants to murder you. We just want you to stop murdering us. It’s a simple ask and yet…
@shmr50@RandiWhite Then their opponents aren’t doing a very good job of campaigning then, aren’t they? If they actually do the work of talking to the voters and explaining why their policies are better, they could actually win. But they don’t do that and hence they lose.
@AbakpaJob I mean I’ve barely met my extended family because both of my parents were essentially the black sheep of their families. I literally have cousins I’ve never met. And my uncle died a couple of years ago and I didn’t even find out until months later.
`
@ThrillaRilla369 Not only that but some of us (me!) lost the first one and ended up buying a replacement ring only to then find the first one. So then I had two class rings. Why did I feel the need for two of them? I didn’t even like high school!
@SpiderLynk@bsj_2099@mistergeezy This is actuallyy not what happened. What happened was Black people voted and overwhelmingly rejected Bernie and his racist ass policies. They supported Biden by a larger margin. You dismissing the black voters is not only ahistorical but also racist.
@TheClayFox@TxPlantsman@mistergeezy@nazzobetweeting Mamdani barely won in the most blue city in America. He could barely eke out 50% of the vote and he had Andrew Cuomo as his opponent. Which tells me that he isn’t that popular and doesn’t have a mandate. Y’all are just desperate to stay relevant.
You know what? I miss Joe Biden. I like Joe Biden. I liked him so much I voted for him twice: the primary and a general election. I'm not gonna act like I held my nose. I didn't. I'm proud of those votes. I'll die proud of those votes. Fuck you.
Leftists in 2016: I’ll vote for a woman, just not that woman (HRC)
Leftists in 2020: I’ll vote for a woman, just not that woman (Elizabeth Warren)
Leftists in 2024: I’ll vote for a woman, just not that woman (Harris)
Leftists in 2028: …(AOC)
I’m sensing a pattern here
AXIOS: Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is pushing back against left-wing critics who accuse her of chasing mainstream approval and getting too cozy with senior Democrats.
Weighing a 2028 White House run, AOC recently took a harder line against all U.S. military aid to Israel — a move to appease progressives who once saw her as Bernie 2.0 but now call her a pragmatist.
Privately, she’s frustrated, believing the attacks are unfair and hurt the movement. One strategist told Axios she’s lamented that “the left was not there for her” and “they are never pleased.”
Yet many progressives still urge her to run, viewing her as Sanders’ natural successor — with Bernie himself praising her.
