What happens when you send on Sectoral:

Your client encrypts the amount (ElGamal)
Generates a ZK range proof
Submits ciphertext + proof on-chain
On-chain verifier checks the proof
Recipient’s balance updates, encrypted

The sequencer only sees ciphertexts.
