@AskAmex No, it’s more complicated. When blue account closed I was promised they would move the existing 26.43 credit to platinum. Instead 13.95 was credited and I received a check for the difference. It seemed odd, but also I am entitled to a 13.95 credit for walmart+

@AskAmex generically, how do treat credits that are posted 12 days before a pmt is due? I recd a credit for pts, and 12 days later it was ignored and you took full pmt. now I have a credit balance. it is small, I will spend it. just curious
