Pioneering fusion energy company on a mission to power the world with clean, safe, sustainable energy, and deliver power solutions for EVs and energy storage
Tiny particles, big discovery.
The TAE team has learned that some fast ions — high-energy charged particles important for plasma current drive, heat and stability — can clump and “bounce” together along the geometrical axis of the linear device, a discovery that will produce even higher fidelity plasma modeling and simulations to advance commercial fusion R&D.

TAE is helping power the next era of US-UK collaboration.
As King Charles III said in a rare address to Congress this week, fusion is driving new transatlantic partnerships that could “write the next chapter of our joint prosperity” – and that includes TAE’s joint venture with the UK Atomic Energy Authority, TAE Beam UK.

When energy is abundant, transmission becomes the constraint. Our tech moves GW-level power flows in milliseconds — now being tested in our California fusion lab — to support a faster, more resilient grid in the future. https://t.co/AceDCOdGhZ
TAE’s biotech subsidiary @taelifesciences has published new research that demonstrates the potential of a more effective, next-generation boron-10 targeted drug for Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) cancer treatment: https://t.co/z4Qdnuc7Bc
Fusion moves from planning to place. TAE completed a site evaluation tour across Alabama, Ohio and Texas to identify communities ready for our first fusion power plant, bringing the potential for long-term jobs, reliable power and clean energy.

TAE Technologies continued its U.S. Siting Tour with a visit to Jackson County, AL for Da Vinci, our first commercial-scale fusion plant. CEO Michl Binderbauer and team met with Nathan Lee and Karen Suggs of the Jackson County EDA. Read more: https://t.co/IW4LaJT6PN
We’re developing clean, safe commercial fusion power – and the global workforce that will make it possible.
Through our partnership with Japan’s Schooling and Networking Program, TAE recently welcomed three students from Nihon University and Nagoya University for a hands-on internship studying our Norm fusion machine.
Working alongside our senior scientists, the trio gained firsthand experience in experimental plasma diagnostics, data analysis and wave-particle interactions. Congratulations to this intern class on their commendable effort and achievements!
Historical investments in TAE, some of the biggest investments in the fusion industry to date, are expected to fuel TAE’s next phase: Our first fusion power plant, Da Vinci:

One of the best aspects of this year’s @Fusion Industry Association conference was the thoughtful dialogue that materially advances fusion progress. Thank you, FIA, for another successful conference!
Great conversations at #CERAWeek with leaders shaping the future of energy. Proud to see our CEO Michl Binderbauer, CFO Cedric Burgher, and TAE Global GmbH CEO Jonathan Toretta with former Energy Secretary Ernie Moniz. Glad to be part of the conversation.
Access to next‑gen cancer treatment is expanding.
@TAELifeSciences and Bozlu Group are partnering to bring accelerator‑based boron neutron capture therapy — a biologically targeted radiation therapy — to more patients with hard‑to‑treat cancers.

We’re delighted to welcome Cedric Burgher as TAE Technologies’ new Chief Financial Officer: https://t.co/ij0igm0LDD
With more than two decades of financial leadership experience in publicly traded energy companies, Burgher will play a key role as we look towards construction of our first utility-scale fusion power plant and scale toward public company readiness.
It was a pleasure to host @EnergyGovUK, @ukinusa, @UKin_SF and @sciTechgovuk officials this week for a tour of our California headquarters.
Their visit included a closer look at our fusion machine, Norm, and the neutral particle beams that are central to TAE Beam UK, our joint venture with @UKAEAofficial: https://t.co/mn2s2oIjac
Thank you all for joining us on an energizing tour!⚡
Congratulations to the TAE and NIFS teams on their recent publication in the journal Nuclear Fusion!
Our mission to deliver fusion power at a commercial scale starts with our preferred fuel, hydrogen-boron, which is non-radioactive, safe and abundant. The publication shares how an innovative heating method — combining radio frequency waves with neutral particle beams — enhances the hydrogen-boron fusion reaction rate: https://t.co/HLBzXq6cbJ
This publication results from years of collaboration between TAE and @NIFSplasma, and it points to a promising method for generating clean, safe and cost-effective fusion energy. ⚡
TAE is working to deliver clean, safe commercial fusion power – both at home and abroad ⚡
We recently joined @UKinUSA to showcase nuclear energy advancements thanks to UK-US collaboration, including TAE’s new joint venture with @energygovuk and @UKAEAOfficial: https://t.co/mn2s2oIjac
Global partnerships paired with cutting-edge innovation make us #GreaterTogether – paving our path to a fusion-powered future.
