Imagine a deepfake of you being circulated online and reaching your workplace. Imagine having your credibility questioned, facing consequences at work, or even losing your job because people believe something fabricated about you. Your reputation, livelihood and entire career could be put at risk over something that never even happened

Some people still fail to understand that one deepfake can be enough to ruin someone’s life. This isn’t harmless internet discourse or something to laugh about. Behind every person targeted by a deepfake is a real human being who has to deal with the consequences long after everyone else has moved on
