This is our loss as such a great drama with many queer reps including gay, aromantic, demiromantic, supervised by an LGBTQ+ Inclusive director, touching real issues as difficulty in finding housing, acted by actors who openly talked about it,... doesn't have a chance for international release.
I'm forever bitter about it.
With all due respect, no one is forcing you to like BLs, or any queer works. But as a decent human being, I hope you can understand the importance of diversity and inclusion, the values that so many people have fought hard for in this century. Queer representation in media helps countless people feel seen and accepted in ways they often are not lucky enough to experience in their daily lives. You don't have to enjoy them, act in them, or even talk about them but please have a little empathy and conscience when speaking about them if you are given the chance.
This is not rocket science, it's basic decency.
