NEW: Florida mother confronted by two police officers and accused of trafficking her own child on a Southwest Airlines flight.

Mary Bridgetta Tomarchio is fuming after being accused of trafficking her own child.

The mother of a 4-year-old boy was told to provide proof that her son belonged to her at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

The police officers said they got a "couple calls" including one from the pilot who said she may be child trafficking.

Tomarchio is a known publicist and coach who has a large following on Instagram.

The mother is a Rapid Rewards member and travels once a month to Ohio so the boy can be with his father.

"No parent should go through this," she said on Instagram after the incident.

"I am advocating for myself and for all single parents from similar mistreatment in the future."
