#DylanWang noticed the wind was strong and Huang Cancan was struggling with her skirt, so he immediately took off his jacket and gave it to her to wrap around her waist.
This is #DylanWang 's authority...
The #Yadea event from Kunshan, livestreamed on Jiangsu Tv, Weibo and RedNote gathered 12.2M views, Top 2 among the programs on all platforms with a share of 0.2447%. ( Top 1 was another #WangHeDi 's program...)
260525 A WeChat article commenting about the #DylanWang case, and how the online community vilifies people who speak up. #WangHedi.
"The issue was never just a private group chat. It was the accumulation of public humiliation disguised as "jokes" during what was supposed to be a heartfelt finale segment.
Dylan spent the entire programme sincerely affirming everyone else, praising each person's strengths and contributions. But when it came to him, the focus became: "there's a group chat without you", changing his name into "Wang He-low (bottom)", and giving him an award framed around "You're Just Wang Hedi".
People defending this keep shifting the discussion away from the actual behaviour and onto Dylan himself: "He joked before too." "He teased other people before." "He should be able to take it."
But that completely misses the point. The question is not whether Dylan has ever joked around on variety shows. The question is whether repeatedly singling and mocking someone out with exclusionary jokes, in a formal closing segment, crossed a line.
The backlash also proves the article's larger point about "frame-by-frame trials". The moment Dylan simply said he felt uncomfortable, people stopped discussing the behaviour itself and instead began combing through years of clips trying to prove he had no right to feel hurt.
That is exactly how covert bullying dynamics work: the person expressing discomfort becomes the one put on trial, a purity test nobody could survive, while the people doing the excluding fade into the background.
Most importantly, Dylan never publicly attacked or named anyone. He only expressed that he felt uncomfortable. That actually showed restraint and left room for private reconciliation. The internet escalation happened afterwards."
260524 A Hengdian #JiangMenDuHou proxy photographer, spoke up for #DylanWang on xhs just now.
"As an on-set proxy photographer, even I support Wang Hedi, because he is genuinely a good person.
I've followed several of his productions, and Didi truly is a very kind person. After working in this industry for many years, I've met countless celebrities and seen plenty who act arrogant or throw their weight around, but Wang Hedi is the only one who left me with the impression that he respects every profession equally and treats everyone warmly.
Most of the things being said online are coming from people who have never even met him. If you have time, go watch more on-set footage and see for yourself. I often see how dedicated he is on set, and he is also simply a very good person.
Why are so many people attacking him online now? Even when extras fall over during filming, he would still go over to check on them and comfort them.
I'm not even his fan. I just find these baseless accusations from people who do not understand the situation incredibly frustrating.
Stay strong, Didi. Just be yourself. XDHs will always support you."
260525 All the character assassinations prompted more people, regular workers in the industry, to come out and support #DylanWang. It happens every time he gets massive smear campaigns. 💜
"After seeing so many smear posts lately, I just want to say that Dylan Wang truly is an exceptionally good person.
My husband took part in the Xuancheng filming for Wander Together as one of the "little green men" staff members. He was the one carrying Didi during recording. After he set him down, Didi quietly said "thank you" under his breath. That part was never even captured on camera, he absolutely didn't need to say it.
My husband had been sealed inside that green outfit and rubber gloves all day. When he finally took the gloves off, his hands were drenched in sweat, but he still reached out hoping to shake Didi's hand. Didi didn't hesitate for even a second before shaking it. Even in places the cameras couldn't see, he was still that considerate.
If he can treat a complete stranger with that level of sincerity and respect, then I genuinely hope the people he considers friends will treat him with the same sincerity in return. Relationships between people are always mutual."
