@pjmsilogcart Hi, doctor here! Warm compress for muscle relaxation and cold compress for swelling/pain is the general rule. You can switch, but don't switch to the latter immediately after the former. 15 mins per compress then if you want to switch I usually tell patients to wait about 20 mins

Just wanna share that this is the song Sanha was covering, one of my favorite Yuuri songs. The translation of the lyrics hits hard knowing this was for Bin 😭

The last photo of Moonbin uploaded.
Dandelion flower's meaning is do not give up, even if those around you keep trying to get rid of you. Stick it out and remember the cheerfulness of a sunny summer’s day when things seem bleak or dark.

[eunwoo pics @hourlychaeunwoo]

I hope that wherever you are, you are at peace moonbin :(

[C 🌙✨ @Estrella_Aroha]

Moonbin: You're tearing up for no reason, can I console you? why are u crying? It's ok. Sometimes you get teary.
At times like that, sometimes it helps to just cry it all out. You can calm down after a good cry. Its ok. It will all work out. Don't worry.

In shock from the news. Astro may not be my ult anymore but they reintroduced me to kpop after so many years of being inactive. Rest in peace, Binnie. We love you so much 😭 #ASTRO #MOONBIN

DEBUNKING MYTHS ABOUT KPOP PHOTOCARDS, ITS PURPOSE, AND PRICE RANGE

A THREAD FOR PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE KPOP BNS COMMUNITY:

(pictures not mine, all came from Pinterest)

[claudette @claudefangirls]

I didn't want to watch it when it aired, but I had to now so I could give my 2 cents based on the segment. Medyo may journ terms tho bc I also tried to look into it in the perspective of reporting.

They could've have chosen a better angle and they could've written it better. +

[🫶🏻 @taellywoo]

goes to show that eloquence does not equate to not being a creepy little shit

[ish @ishyungshi]

wtf.....😀

[🫶🏻 @taellywoo]

Prized possessions with sentimental value are being/ are in danger of being stolen frm honest and responsible collectors.

As if our community hasn't been facing enough stigma already, this has put us in an even worse light.

Why should we be hated for doing what makes us happy?

[🫶🏻 @taellywoo]

@KM_Jessica_Soho sana naman po worth it yung pagka broadcast nyo ng photocard prices. May nagaganap na nakawan due to the misguided interpretation that most, if not all pcs are valued at high prices, when it is far from the truth. +

[🦋 @99zkart]

tots on the whole bea kmjs:

1) the journalists kinda did a bad job. the prices ng sybc suc could’ve been disclosed. now we are subjected to crime and are now victims to thieves and opportunists na akala pare-parehong tig 50k ang isang photocard, when in fact hindi naman. + 1/5
