I come with a shameful/embarrassed heart to apologize once again.
I deeply apologize to the fans and those who love me, whom I have disappointed and hurt through my wrong actions.
I forgot the responsibility that I have to repay you with actions worthy of the love I've received, and made a mistake.

On the night of August 6th after drinking, I made the mistake of riding an electric scooter on the sidewalk.
I am also sorry for causing confusion through my first apology letter that was written in haste on the 7th.
I should have thought more deeply, and with caution but I didn’t.

It is all my fault. My carelessness is making it hard for everyone who cares about me.
I will do my best not do anything wrong again and live with repentance.

Due to this incident, I have greatly damaged the precious memories I made with the members and fans and damaged the name of the BTS. I am so sorry to the team and members, so much that it’s hard to express how incredibly sorry I am and how painful this hurts.
I am sorry to the members who have always trusted me and whom I have put through a hard time because of this.
I know full well the disappointment that the fans who have supported and encouraged me have felt.

I feel nothing but apologetic to the fans who have always given me, who falls short, love that is undeserved.
I know that it is difficult to heal the wounds and disappointment that my fans have received with just words, so I am deeply regretful and am reflecting with a heavy heart every day.
Once again, I sincerely apologize to the fans who were hurt by me with all of my heart.

Moving forward, I will accept any further punishment, criticism, and reprimand.
Lastly, I bow my head and apologize once again from the bottom of my heart, for causing social disturbance and bringing disappointment to so many people.
