@Paleonyx_Art crickets are kind of peanutty, mealworms taste like bad tofu, scorpions slightly burnt hazelnut but they're my fave. you can roast and powder crickets to mix into baking recipes for extra protein or roast and sauté as meat substitute w/small pieces and soft texture
