@EmiratesSupport Waiting on refunds after issues when travelling in October. No response to initial complaint, or when using the follow-up channel. Phoning has proved equally unhelpful. It has been months, how can I escalate? Who can I report to outside of Emirates? Shambles.

@EmiratesSupport You've just said to wait? We've waited for months! When are you sending the money back? When are you calling the team to find out, if you cannot answer directly? When will someone call me to advise/resolve? This is really basic stuff, criminal that it needs spelling out.
