@NadraPak kindly advise the reason why Family registration certificate option for someone whose children are under 18 years is blocked online? Apparently one could obtain FRC online by uploading pics of their children under 18 however this is not the case anymore. Please clarify

@SwitchHealthCA don’t know the reason but you guys are unable to track and even do the initial lab screening process post almost 80 hours of receipt of a covid test kit. How long should one wait for their results? What’s the Turn around time post delivery of test kit???

@SwitchHealthCA The test rcvd by switchhealth on Aug 5 at 8:11 am is still pending result, was assured it will be done with SLA of 72 hours..more than 72 hrs and still hasn’t been scanned yet while I was assured here on DM that it was scanned.further the rep dropped the call when I enquired more

@TK_HelpDesk I have a flight booked from karachi to Newyork (jfk) via Turkish .. 6 hrs transit in Istanbul.. is there any specific lab from where I should get my negative covid 19 pcr test? Or it can be from any hospital / lab?

@DurhamHealth visitors 60+ without OHIP are eligible for vaccination under age priority eligible group? Parents living in Durham region .. in hotspot Postal Code. Proof of age can be provided via passport. Please advise

1)if I buy tickets partially using my travel bank account and partially my credit card and I have to cancel them, how would the refund process be like?
2)if I buy completely from my travel bank account, and for some reason have to cancel,then?

@SairahSaqib They are preferring new tickets. I booked tickets for family and they are stuck since April as wel. It has been amended 3 times, last it was July 3rd but flight from Lhr operated instead of Karachi. Since ticket is amended by PIA , agent can’t amend anymore

@SairahSaqib My travel agent informed that it’s a normal flight however when enquired , the call Center said it’s special flight and they won’t accommodate existing ticket holders !

@Official_PIA What about normal flights from Karachi to Toronto!? And will the ticket holders be accomodated who already have the tickets and their flights were cancelled?
