The Fall of a Bandit Pastor in Oyo: Exposing Hypocrisy and False Accusations
Every Sunday, he stood before his congregation, preaching peace, hope, and divine protection. The people trusted him, revering him as a genuine man of God.
Today, however, he sits in a prison cell, accused of supplying weapons, drugs, and logistics to the very bandits terrorizing innocent communities.
The tragedy here extends far beyond the arrest of a criminal. It lies in the ultimate betrayal: a man entrusted with guiding souls was allegedly fueling the suffering of the people he pretended to pray for. While devastated families wept over kidnapped loved ones, he used his sacred office and societal privilege as a shield, turning the pulpit into a weapon of deception.

I am writing to formally draw your attention to the highly unprofessional and divisive conduct of Lt. E.S Bot, who is currently serving as a Chaplain with the 35 Artillery Brigade in Maiduguri.
It has become evident that Lt. E.S Bot has crossed the redline and the bounds of professional military conduct by engaging in religious bigotry and blasphemy. Such behavior is not only a violation of military discipline but also a direct threat to the unity of the armed forces.
The Nigerian Army is a symbol of national unity. Allowing religious bigots to remain within the ranks especially in influential positions like the Chaplaincy risks tarnishing the image of the military and sowing seeds of division among personnel. A professional military must remain strictly neutral and secular in its operations to maintain the trust of a diverse population.
We call on the military high command, as a matter of urgency to:
1. Investigate the recent blasphemous statements made by Lt. E.S Bot.
2. Hold him accountable for his actions in accordance with the Armed Forces Act.
3. Reinforce the standard of neutrality expected of all officers to prevent future occurrences.
Failure to address this immediately could undermine the morale and unity of our troops.
A stitch in time saves nine.
Our Death will come on an ordinary day in the middle of unfinished plans and the world will continue without you. Ya Allah open the Doors of success, peace and happiness 😊 for us.
All our security agencies are yet to say anything talk less of finding this pastor and prosecute him.
We would never let this go, either today or tomorrow this man must face the consequences of his actions.
Red line crossed 🔀
DSS and other security agencies do your work please before reprisal to take place in our dear country.
Don wallahi we will not pardon anyone who insulted our dear Prophet Muhammad SAW.
