I often greet customers at work and ask how can I help, only for them to look straight past me to my seniors stating “I’d like to speak to the pharmacist”... as much as it’s annoying I love the shock on their face when I say that’s me 😅

@pharmasoph_ I think it's probably a fairly common issue. You handled the situation really well though and actually tried to resolve the issue. I normally just end up so frustrated with 111 especially as there's no easy way for us to get hold of them. 😑😑
