@PioneerFoodsSA complaint lodged with u in Feb this year, to date Im still given the run around with regards to the solution. Is this how u treat ur complaints?I get new codes each time I call in. Its not the product replacement or the reimbursement that matters its the principle
@TelkomZA I have cancelled my line and ask your attendant to retain my email and while she confirmed it wasn’t done. Now my email hasn’t been retained. Can you elevate and assist in this? Your call center keeps elevating it but still no solution.
