I once read about changing the words work/life balance to work/life harmony. Balance implies that if you weigh more to one side then it's not good. If you set some boundaries to promote your own wellbeing you have harmony.

Thanks Holsworthy HS for the opportunity to participate in the CoS “Freakshake Challenge”. The Ss had a brilliant time planning, creating and drinking their delicious shakes (They certainly put me to shame with their creativity and culinary skills! 🙈lol) ☺️🥛���🍭

And then... I was invited to attend the Wheelchair Rugby! An incredibly amazing night spent with colleagues who I worked on the IG education modules with. The atmosphere in the centre last night was electric! ☺️⭐️🏅
