@AmericanAir I’ve definitely lost respect for @AmericanAir with the service that I received after I’ve been a platinum card holder forever and with over 60k miles to use.

@AmericanAir They are not doing anything for me as I just said, they only sent me the check for the $80, so I have to pay another $70 for the same bag that you guys damaged, but thanks for your responses.

@AmericanAir On top of that, I asked for my bag back, instead of the lousy $80 and I’d fix the bag myself. And their response was “they didn’t know where the bag was sent to”. So now I have my snowboarding trips planned with no way to travel with my gear. Because this was a snowboarding bag.

@AmericanAir Went through that already. I got the bag at a discounted price for $80, the original price for the bag is $150. Since I paid $80 that’s what you guys sent me. Which is unfair, due to you guys damaging my bag. I can’t get it at the discounted price again. So I’m losing $70.
