AI 真正的 10x 轉型，已經不是更好的 Prompt，而是讓 AI 自己跑

大多數人 2026 年還在用 AI，就像 2005 年用 Google 一樣：
打字 → 看結果 → 再打字。

AI 像一把扳手，你用完就放下，它自己什麼都不做。你才是引擎。

這套玩法已經過時了。

真正拿到 10x 產出的人，不是 Prompt 寫得更神，也不是偷偷用閉源最強模型——
他們在建循環（Loop）。

這個概念被 Andrej Karpathy 徹底點燃。

什麼是 Loop？
Prompt 是單次指令：你問，它答，你再決定下一步。

Loop 是一個目標：AI 持續朝目標前進，直到達成，不需要你每步都坐在椅子上推它。
它自己會：

1. 發現要幹什麼
2. 規劃怎麼做
3. 執行
4. 驗證結果
5. 失敗就帶著記憶再來一次

你只定義一次「目的」，剩下的讓它自己跑。

決定成敗的三個核心：

• Verifier（驗證器）：沒有客觀的 pass/fail（測試、指標、編譯），就不是循環，只是 AI 自我肯定。

• State（狀態）：記錄每次試過什麼、哪裡失敗，下次才能接著跑，而不是每次從零開始。

• Stop Condition：必須有上限，否則燒錢燒到破產。

Karpathy 本人怎麼玩？（AutoResearch）
2026 年 3 月，Karpathy 放了一個只有 630 行程式碼的 GitHub Repo，短短一個月 66k+ stars，被稱為「Karpathy Loop」。

核心只有三個檔案：
• https://t.co/QiUrYqwuYF（AI 只能改這個）

• https://t.co/gWjJ1tLbcQ（評估器，AI 絕對不能碰，否則它會偷改測試讓自己過關）

• program.md（你寫的目標與約束）

AI 循環流程： 讀程式碼 → 提改動 → 訓練 5 分鐘 → 看指標有沒有提升 → 好就 commit，不好就 rollback → 重來。

Karpathy 讓它跑了兩天，做了 700 次實驗，找到 20 個他自己手調兩十年都沒發現的細微優化（例如 attention 機制裡少了一個 scalar multiplier）。

Shopify CEO Tobi Lutke 也試了，一晚醒來，模型品質提升 19%，大小還砍半。
關鍵洞見：當你有客觀指標時，就不該自己跑實驗。你才是瓶頸。

進階：Bilevel（循環上的循環）

更狠的是，有人把「研究如何做研究」也讓 AI 自己跑。

內循環：正常 Karpathy Loop
外循環：觀察內循環哪裡卡住、模式重複，然後自己改內循環的搜尋策略。

結果：在同樣模型下，效能提升 5 倍（不是 5%，是五倍）。

提升不是來自更強的 LLM，而是來自架構。外循環打破了模型的先驗偏見，強迫它探索原本不會走的路。

論文結尾一句話很值得細品：「如果 autoresearch 可以 meta-autoresearch 自己，那它原則上可以 meta-autoresearch 任何有可測量目標的事。」

為什麼這才是未來？

我們正經歷程式設計的第三次革命：

• 1.0：你寫每一行 code（週期以週計）
• 2.0：你餵資料，模型寫演算法（小時）
• 3.0：你用英文描述想要什麼，系統自己達成（分鐘）

最好的 code，是你從來不用寫的 code。
你不是在寫解決方案，你是在設計「解決方案自己出現」的過程。

但也要清醒

Loop 解決不了所有問題，它還會放大兩個風險：

1. 理解債：程式越跑越快，你懂的越來越少。有一天 debug 時會還高利貸。
2. 認知投降：太舒服，就不再思考。設計 Loop 的人是用它加速思考；逃避思考的人是用它放棄思考。

同樣的 Loop，兩種人，兩個完全相反的結局。

Karpathy 不再親手寫 code，Cherny 不再一條條 Prompt，但他們從來沒停止思考。
這才是關鍵。
