Family breakdowns are the leading cause of youth homelessness. Elli* shares how a new flat with @TaiFfres gave her and her son a fresh start, helping them reconnect with family.
Tai Ffres aims to break down barriers for young people in accessing safe, secure, high quality homes.
There's a lack of affordable housing in Wales generally, and young people are further penalised by gaps in services designed for older adults.
We work with @LlamauUK to develop @TaiFfres, a bespoke housing pathway for young people to enjoy high-quality homes and support.
We're thrilled to have our work with @LlamauUK recognised at this year's #WelshHousingAwards.
We've been shortlisted for:
⭐️ Excellence in preventing homelessness
⭐️ Supporting independent living
⭐️ Working in partnership
Good luck to all the other finalists! @CIHCymru
