St Line House, a Grade II listed building in Cardiff Bay, is now providing much-needed homes for young people.

Located at Mount Stuart Square, St Line House has been converted into 17 apartments for rent through our @TaiFfres youth housing service.

Family breakdowns are the leading cause of youth homelessness. Elli* shares how a new flat with @TaiFfres gave her and her son a fresh start, helping them reconnect with family.

There's a lack of affordable housing in Wales generally, and young people are further penalised by gaps in services designed for older adults.

We work with @LlamauUK to develop @TaiFfres, a bespoke housing pathway for young people to enjoy high-quality homes and support.
