The EYHC Coalition was established in 2017 on the back of a campaign that prohibited use of unsupported Temporary Accommodation for 16-17 year-olds experiencing homelessness. Almost 8 years later, we wanted to establish a picture of the realities of TA for young people today.

So, through a series of FOI requests, we found that there has been a 71% increase in the average time 18-25 year-olds are spending in TA, and an increase of 35% for 16-17 year olds.
