Candian permanent residency while residing in Quebec is a two stage process.

Stage 1:

Get a CSQ from Quebec immigration department.
CSQ = Quebec selection certificate.

It's not a road of roses,while your country applies rules differently to unskilled immigrants, they are the ones to be grateful for. Not me.

CA is the last choice for skilled immigrants. Now u know why CA gets the chaff & US gets the wheat. CA is the last choice for skilled immigrants.

@PAngebrandt @PPCpfdsddo @PeterSweden7 If you have shortage of nurses and doctors in CA why don't you ask why your Doctors & Nurses guild lobby is not willing to accept foreign educated degrees & doctors ? UK does that, US does that, why CA can't accept foreign educated degrees & experience ?
