Indian Veterinary Association (S/2093/2019) condemns the henonious crime towards a lady doctor at R. G. Kar, Medical College at Kolkata, West Bengal and stands with solidarity to the medical fathernity and the family of the victim.

However, it is seen that either willing or unwilling degratory remarks were made against our profession in TV/ social media without any provocation or involvement in the matter.
As such, these comments have hurt the sentiments of our Veterinary doctors and IVA have received a number of emails from them.

Hence, a legal notice is served to all concern for public apology.
