@Lowes It was extremely disappointing. We showed her the website and asked her where is the “rule” about just cut to fit in the car. She couldn’t answer and keep repeating the same thing. Since she was the manager, no one else could help us. I really hope this can be addressed somehow

I just had the worst experience at @Lowes in Clermont. This is a picture from @Lowes website. They say they cut what you need to help you on the projects. Bryanna, the manager, didn’t authorize the cut because I needed 2 cuts of 22-3/4” and they can just cut to fit in you car?
