Lagos VFS even confirms the passport has been returned to IRCC and IRCC says I should contact the VAC that I submitted my passport to. Please resolve

@VFSGlobal I have had a very terrible experience with your Lagos office and can't confirm till date the status of my application.I submitted my passport for stamping to Lagos VFS on November 4. Till date, IRCC is asking for my passport. I have sent mails to your team with calls.

@CitImmCanada my passport got to the IRCC office on November 23 for stamping. Over one week and there has been no update on mycic profile. I do not have the letter of introduction on my account. @CitImmCanFR @marcomendicino the situation is very frustrating. Please help.

It's 30 days after I received passport request and submitted my passport and yet my cic profile hasn't been updated. I have sent webforms without any response. It is getting very frustrating and depressing. Help please

@CitImmCanada I submitted my passport for stamping on November 3. From the different emails I received from VFS, the passport has been stamped and recently returned to VFS to courier to me, but my cic account application has not changed to Approved neither do I have the letter of introduction

@CitImmCanada When I log into my cic account, I still see the message asking I submit my passport. Tomorrow makes it 30 days since I received the passport request letter.

@CitImmCanada My study Visa was approved November 3 & I sent my passport to VFS for stamping November 4. VFS confirmed my passport was delivered to IRCC and processed but my cic account hasn't changed to approved and no letter of introduction.

@CitImmCanada please assist. My study Visa was approved on November 3 2020 & I sent my passport for stamping.On November 23, I received email from VFS that my passport has been delivered to the IRCC office. The passport was returned November 26 but my cic profile is not updated.
