ticketek has ruined mine & so many other fans opportunities to see Taylor live there are many fans who just like me unfortunately didn’t get tickets in both the June & November sales in 2023 and especially these ticketek marketplace sales

a investigation needs to be to be done into @Ticketek_AU & @frontiertouring business practices / customer services practices

they have not provided a smooth ticketing experience for many fans (eg by removing a safe place to list and purchase tickets for Taylor’s shows on ticketek marketplace & not providing any updates) & they ignored many questions by consumers of live music if it mentioned Taylor’s shows in their messages

good luck to the many few who are still trying to safely score tickets to see Taylor live next month & please be vigilant for scams! ❤️
