Alongside their fabulous new dish the two owner brothers launched the Dolly Foundation in memory of their mother and father who both died recently. It aims to continue their charitable giving to local good causes.
Wonderful to be at The Taj in Cherry Hinton as part of the launch of a very special Bangladeshi dish - Mackerel 3 ways - the dish is a finalist in a national competition: results on 15th Nov: lots of Great British Menu style drama and importantly very tasty - I wish them luck.
