@CareemUAE What is resolved and how is it resolved ? Cancellation of a food order by Careem, 2.5 hours after placing the order, how Careem has addressed inconvenience and damages caused by such delays caused due to Careem mismanagement ? There are no resolution given in DM

@CareemUAE food was order 8pm based on delivery 9pm, due to Careem mess up delivery was delayed when contacted, they promised to make necessary arrangements, however 10.30pm order cancelled without notification, when contacted Careem , they doesn’t care about our inconvenience

I ordered large eggs delivered medium eggs, when notified of wrong with the below picture, Careem is responding that their shop is saying they delivered what is ordered - the below picture clearly showing they delivered wrong item

This is the response from Careem after delivering a wring item- how do we rely Careem for any purchase ? If a wrong item delivered, careem is not able rectify it

Because they have confirmed on their end that the correct items were prepared and sent out, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund at this

@Trip @etihad I have contacted several times the https://t.co/WtWivqW7b4 yesterday and Etihad for sorting out this, each time , trip is advising to contact Etihad airline, and Etihad airline advising to contact ticket issuing agency https://t.co/WtWivqW7b4, the issue is not sorted out

@IndiGo6E @IndiGo6E my child was to fly from Sharjah on 7the Dec on 6E1426, when contacted, indigo informed flight is suspended you can cancel the booking for full refund or pay additional for next day flight, it seems is indigo taking advantage of the situation ?
