What's a #Dex?
A decentralized exchange (DEX) is a peer-to-peer marketplace where users can trade cryptocurrencies in a non-custodial manner without the need for an intermediary to facilitate the transfer and custody of funds.
DEXs substitute intermediaries—traditionally, banks, brokers, payment processors, or other institutions—with blockchain-based smart contracts that facilitate the exchange of assets.
#DeFi platforms saw significant increase in the number of unique addresses that traded DeFi asset Worldwide from 2K addresses in August 2018 to 4.8 Million addresses in July 2022.
The ‘Merge’ is coming for the #Ethereum blockchain and investors are watching.
This new way of validating transactions could attract more Web3 investment and expand the network—but only if things go as planned. #EthereumMerge

Lots of DAOs will end up looking like small businesses
(not every DAO will be huge and that’s ok)
But we need better funding mechanisms for these types of organizations
Interoperability and composability of multiple blockchains add assurance of data security by providing access to the shared information only to those parties with decryption keys.

In the long-term, most DAOs will have fewer than 20 people
And that group of people will service lots of larger DAOs
But the vast majority of people working in DAOs will belong to smaller orgs, not large ones
Dear #Taka community!
We are pleased to inform you that the Taka labs team has released the Bridge protocol testnet.
At the moment, you can test the bridge and leave feedback in our discord.

Taka protocol is different from other #DEXes in that:
It allows multi-chain trading and cross- chain transfers assets.
It gives traders access to multiple financial instruments, and the ability to automate their trades.
It also offers an asset management service.
Why is #crosschainbridge important?
Being able to transfer assets between chains greatly increases the value of these assets because they can be used in more scenarios and provide more yield.
