Random daily モリミュ Op1 rewatch. I just found out that the opera section references Verdi's opera Aida. Specifically Act 2, Scene 1 where Amneris lied to Aida that the general Radamès is dead to trick Aida into revealing her true feelings (in this case her love for Radamès)
The way it directly parallels with Liam tricking Enders into thinking that his victim died and thrown into the sea. The same Act number (Act 2 scene 1). And the opera lyrics I think speaks for the people who live and suffer in the system. The way Morimyu incorporates it so well
