If this is the case I'm afraid if you're not having enough money welcome to the world class health system. Being in the capital of the county you're having this kind of problem just think about the rural place not near the capital. This is drastic.

Can someone please address this, however Delhi is in political deadlock no body cares for public. Isn't it?

@DG_NTA @dpradhanbjp DU PG - Higher eduaction is now a Joke,Not only Joke but a means to be unfair and ungreatful to the Future of this county. I'm extremely disappointed with the system. A renound university is having glitches, don't justify act accordingly.
