@ningsellesgffr also if you use a treadmill listen to music!!!!! DONT watch a show or listen to a podcast or something, it makes it so boring. make a playlist of songs you like that have good paced beats and match your pace to them
@ningsellesgffr i know this isn't the answer you probably want to hear 😭 but as someone who found it HARROWING to get motivated its really just repetition. force yourself to do it once. then the next day. then the next. soon its just part of your routine and you'll start to feel good doing it!
