Hey @SouthwestAir, yall really need to teach the flight attendants some personal space boundaries, I have bad nerve damage and really don’t appreciate your flight attendant jabbing me in the shoulder to get my attention to ask me to bring my seat forward,
@AmericanAir 24 hours later and my bag is back in New Orleans. Congratulations on officially being the worst experience. multiple AA team members told me my bag would arrive today and I just got a call saying it was back in New Orleans. Can’t believe I paid for this service.
