@GoFirstairways I understand that, and that is what makes this whole experience even more disappointing. I have high hopes from one of the leading airlines in India. We are finally ready to take off after more than an hour’s delay.

1: @GoFirstairways to our extreme displeasure, we experienced one of the worst cases of travel experiences today. We arrived at BLR airport for our flight G8399, at 8:40pm. Saravanan refused to check us in, which was still understandable,

In fact, Saravanan firmly stressed on the statement that the boarding had already started. And this only adds to us feeling cheated @GoFirstairways

3: Saravanan withheld this info from us at the cost of having us go through extreme panic. We feel cheated and are made to believe that the customers are nowhere close to the priority that the airline’s tag line suggests them to be.
