I can't stop laughing. I have an App from the ICICI bank called ICICI Mobile banking. Most of the time it gives errors. Now the App asks me to rate it. If I give a rating below 7, it hangs! 2 examples. 🤣

I am trying to close my NIL holdings demat account with IIFL (India Infoline) for two weeks. They insist that I pay dues of about Rs.900. Their account ledgers have no such entry for the last 2 years. They never informed me about any such charges in the last two years!

The ICICI mobile banking app asks for the app's usefulness but accepts only higher recommendations. If you give it a lower ranking which it deserves, the programmer has cleverly programmed it to hang your mobile phone. Yuck!

I bought a CCTV system by Godrej from Oryx Network Solutions with a warranty of 2 years. Two cameras stopped working. Neither Godrej nor Oryx Network Solutions bothered to help! They just talk about visiting charges!
