Given the sensitive nature of Aerospace & Defence sector, greater transparency would help address this serious concern.

What was the urgency to conduct these Special Supplementary Exams for POCSO accused Bandi Bageerath?

As per the emails sent by your University, Bandi Sai Bageerath, son of Union Minister X failed in multiple subjects in 2023.

Can you please clarify

- Do you conduct special supplementary exams every year?

- How many students are appearing for these special supplementary exams that POCSO accused Bandi Sai Bageerath is attending?

- Did POCSO Bandi Sai Bageerath appear for 2023 supplementary? 2024? 2025 exams? Can you kindly share the proofs?

- Or did he and your esteemed university suddenly realise about these exams after he was sent to jail in a POCSO Case??

- As per the schedule your university sent to Bandi Sai Bageerath on 15th June 2026, 4 subjects have overlapping schedules. So! He won’t be able to clear the exams because it is humanly impossible to write two exams at the exact same time, even if you are brilliant student.

- Isn’t it rather convenient that just two days before the bail application….your university sends a special supplementary exams schedule to the POCSO accused?

- Were these exams pre-planned or specially planned?

- Didn’t your esteemed university file a police complaint on Bandi Sai Bageerath for voluntarily hurting a classmate & also rusticated him? Why are you now keen on conducting these special exams?
