We urge any customer who will be using any type of back-up power, to isolate their power source from the utility electrical system to avoid back-feed onto Rocky Mountain Power facilities as this can cause a very dangerous and unsafe condition.
Rocky Mountain Power has a planned power outage scheduled for May 10, 2019 from 12am-5am. Affected areas will be all Rocky Mountain Power customers within the Vernal, Naples and surrounding Uintah County. The outage is necessary to replace a three pole transmission structure.
