@loweisz @JohnCotton You should really only use useCallback when trying to optimize for referential equality issues or computationally expensive calculations

@loweisz @JohnCotton The issue I was raising is that useCallback is not made for what most people think of when mentioning a callback, the name is a bit confusing. UseCallback is a performance optimization hook rather than a hook to handle side effects.

@loweisz Great article! one thing to note though is the misuse of useCallback, I believe the code example in the article gets it wrong as well (used in the fetching data examples)
