By encouraging Ss to revisit the things that challenged and excited them, educator @mrswendymturner helps them reflect on their growth! #AlwaysLearning
It was such a great experience to organize this field trip to @Celonis at the One World Trade Center. We were able to get a tour of the entire office, and learn about software and technology programs and delve into the world of STEM. We also got to tour the 9/11 Memorial.
I proudly crossed the stage at Marist College, receiving my Summa Cum Laude Master of Science in Education. Grateful for the support from friends, family, professors, and mentors. I am excited to make a difference in my class, and create a meaningful impact in my students’ lives.
Visited Kinderhaus Montessori in Hyde Park, NY & witnessed the Montessori method in action. It was eye-opening! Spoke with the head teacher/owner & gained invaluable insights. Excited to bring these learnings to my teaching practice. #Montessori#Education
I had a lot of fun today at Adriance Library for our Science Saturday! For my experiment, students helped me to create chemical reactions with baking soda and vinegar. This reaction created carbon dioxide bubbles which caused the ghosts (lima beans) to dance (rise and fall).
