@jandbmedical is a joke. I’ve been trying to get services started with them since Feb. Nobody there knows what is happening with her account. I’ve been on hold with them over 8 hours in the last month.

I think I am done with @dunkindonuts the last few times I’ve gotten coffee there I’ve ordered decaf and I am nearly certain that I did not get decaf.

I usually make decaf at home using Dunkin brand coffee and I know the difference in how my body reacts to it.
