TS #EntengPH (#Yagi) decelerates as it move towards Cagayan Valley. This is really a bad news. A prolonged rainfall may lead to a more exposure of people to floods, and more areas may experience widespread floodings.

Depending on how much the strong the high pressure area (HPA) in the north is, there's a possibility that it could make landfall in Cagayan-Isabela or Isabela-Aurora area later this day.
