Since @Iberia_en failed to load my luggage at the weekend onto my plane, the latest stupid answer is ‘we can get it to you when you return to the UK’ … that is in 3 weeks time, what do you expect me to do between now and then?

I honestly have never come across an airline quite as rude as @Iberia_en - despite not loading our luggage on the plane in London - the whole plane that is - they didn’t think we needed to know this until we got to Madrid - medication & CPAP machine be damned

. @Iberia_en are unbelievable - they left the luggage for a whole plane off the plane at Gatwick and now say ‘it is missing, when we have an update we will be in touch’ how much of an idiot do you have to be to think this is acceptable?
