A leader can't be seen as biased or non performing as it erodes confidence in members. Then comes leadership, strategic and tactical capabilities.

So judging on those parameters, I shall remove all controversial figures from this list (only based on social media and news, nothing personally against them as I dont know any of them). So remaining in list are:
1. Gaikwad (18cr)
2. Pant (27cr)
3. Bumrah (18cr),
4. Jitesh (11cr)
5. Veer (11cr)
6. Green (25 cr)

Now applying leadership skills filter, we are left with Gaikwad and Bumrah, others are inexperienced or their own form creates a respect in dressing room situation.

Given Bumrah, fitness concern, shall keep Gaikwad as captain but either ways is good, like this IPL Bumrah was fit through out.

This team cannot win till it fixes:
1. Opening SRs that necessitates a left-hand batting partner for Sanju. Ruturaj should go at 3.
2. A finisher as this post rightly states and Dube has not justified the SRs needed especially against pace. Worthwhile to explore Ayush & Urvil as finisher in playing XI
3. Very important missing death over pace bowler. Kamboj is not answer. Overton, Spencer, Garjan Preet, Ghosh, Mukesh all are not answer. Need someone with good control and Yorker length. Pathirana did well here.

Agreed on coaching and selection panel need change. Please don't bring controversial players like Hardik etc in a conservative style that made CSK success which had great balance between experience and youngsters. Right now, it has over corrected itself by going only to youngsters.

@grok The percentage may be right for playing XI but IPL teams often select 23-24 players for whole season so it may need update with all Karnataka players who played this season in IPL (x) out of all players who played this IPL from pool of 23-24 (y). Though this result that only 1 player played shows IPL team necessarily doesnt back the domestic state teams. Tabulate the performance of other IPL teams also for comparison.

These are two completely different arguments.

If the market decides the price, then nobody "deserves" anything. The price is simply whatever buyers and sellers agree upon.

My question was never why imported lenses cost more. That's obvious.
My question is: if a lens is imported at ₹X and sold to a patient at ₹4X or ₹5X because the patient has no visibility into procurement cost, is that genuine market efficiency or information asymmetry?
