Dear Society,
People who are dealing with anxiety & depression need validation & hope, not toxic positivity. Be empathetic & don't judge their emotions.
Together we can make the world better to live for all.

Dear Stranger,
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. Rather it shows your strength to mitigate the crisis. Express yourself. You matters ♥
Here are the basic steps to reach out for help.

Dear Society,
Why I have to cry without any voice? Why I am not allowed to express my emotions? Why I am labelled as weak? I am having a tough time & just need your love & support.

Dear Society,
Depression is a lot more than negative thoughts. Next time, allow your loved ones to express without fear of judgement. Give them hug & hope. They are dealing with the pain of invisible wounds.

Every human tries to get over "traumas" via various methods/psychological defence mechanisms which can be healthy or unhealthy! If it's unhealthy, it's going to worsen the final outcome of psychological traumas. Keep watch your own coping ways too.
Fighting failure and depression - a very personal account
I’m scared of sharing this. However, if it helps anyone with similar struggles find even a bit of optimism, it’s worth it. Me being open and vulnerable in private conversations has led others to open up and heal together.
Dear Stranger,
It is okay to take therapy. Don't consider it as a sign of weakness. Moreover, a professional will help in understanding your emotions. Don't suffer in a silo. Express. Ask for help.
Take care!
