I don’t eat noodles, Spaghetti, fufu, Eba, Poundo, custard and wheat.
I walk at least 7k steps a day (Most times 10k steps).
Protein with every carbs (Rice and beans, potatoes and beans or Yam and beans) other choice of protein are eggs, fish, chicken and beef. But I barely eat beef, maybe twice a year.
I eat my Rice with vegetables/ vegetable soup. Never plain rice with stew.
Less fried foods and snacks.
I don’t eat more than two tablespoons of sugar in a week.
I eat my fruits.(watermelon, avocado, oranges, pineapple, Apples 🍏 and cucumber)
Avoid mangoes, bananas, and coconut if you want to loose weight.
I only drink homemade juices.
I eat bread once in two weeks.
I don’t drink alcohol at all
I also workout until I’m tired.
Don't be too hard on yourself after a mistake or failed relationship. Learn from it, heal, and do it again from experience. Use the pain well, don't stay too long in a pity party, stop mourning a Man that's not dead. You are number 1 always even before the kids and finally always make and making your own money no matter how little. It helps build and nurture your self respect
